Return:
We generally do not accept any return or exchange for any delivered product unless it is broken or damaged.
Please check the product in the presence of the delivery man. Return the product if only when there is a manufacturing defect or crack on the product. If you find such defect please return the product instantly to the delivery person. We will not serve any return request after the delivery is accepted .
Refunds (if applicable): If your order qualifies for a refund, it will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your credit card or original payment method or your recommended channel within 15 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or your recommended channel again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
